Password restricted web site designed to be client maintainable as far as content is concerned with the ability add images, listings, and pertinent information using easy to navigate web administration screens.

Medium. This site has the potential to grow into a very large site with the flexibility of the client administration database.

The PC Mojo Solution:

	All original graphics were designed with particular attention paid to being eye-catching yet fast-loading. Primary colors used almost exclusively to focus attention on the content, rather than the design, of the site.
	All property listings and search features are password protected, requiring user registration before accessing the content. The user registration system is maintainable by the client, users can be edited, de-activated, etc.
	The site is hosted on a on a Windows 2000 server running Cold Fusion MX. The back end database is currently Microsoft Access due to be scaled up to SQL Server when the size of the database grows to a point where the performance may degrade.
	The root database for the properties is maintainable through password protected administration screens on the site. All images and property information are maintained through one simple form within the administration area.
	The site uses a completely custom programmed (using Cold Fusion) system. There is no 'off the shelf' code anywhere within the application.
