The root database for the properties is maintainable through administration screens on the site, and can also be maintained by uploading a file extracted from the client's existing property database on their own network.

Through a facility in their application, the client generates a complete list of existing properties using their local database, then using an administration form uploads the list to the web server. Once the upload is complete, the changes within existing properties are applied automatically to the web site database, and new properties are added. This is all accomplished when the client hits ONE button.
