original graphics were designed to be simple and not to detract from
the content. Navigation was kept as simple as possible and decorative
graphical elements minimized to speed up load times anticipating a
very high traffic site. |

daily as new information becomes available. The group is very active,
and the timeframe for action is short, so it is important for the
site to be up to date. |

of the text and message board entries are indexed daily to keep the
searching of the site relevant. |

Fusion and based on an Access database) to enable members and the
public to exhange information in real time. |
